New patients are always welcomed.
Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient in need of treatment |
Financial Arrangements
Payment is requested at the time of service. We offer our patients a variety of financial options. Patients who choose to pay for their entire treatment plan with cash or check will receive a 5% courtesy savings. Patients age 65 and older will receive a 10% courtesy savings.
We are committed to providing quality services, and to the success of your treatment. Treatment options and findings will be discussed following your examination. At that time, we will thoroughly explain the cost before a procedure is performed.
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express, and Care Credit.
Care Credit
Care Credit is a separate line of credit that offers 3, 6, 12, and 18 month interest free programs with low monthly payments. Additionally, Care Credit offers 24, 36, 48 and 60-month low interest payment plans.
Care Credit can be used to pay for co-payments and treatment not covered by insurance. With Care Credit, you can start treatment immediately and leave your major credit cards available for unexpected expenses.

Dental Insurance Plans
Payment is requested at the time of service. As a courtesy, the office will electronically submit your insurance claim and pre-authorization (as applicable).
